The objective of the box is to remind someone that it's ok to feel ANYTHING, joy, sorrow, frustration, love, doubt, fear, happiness ... The box is an alternative to fainting flowers, with items that your friend or loved one can keep and cherish for a long time.

Each care box is packaged with care and love in Dublin, Ireland. The size of the box will depend on the size of the items you put in them. The bigger the items, the bigger the box. The boxes are all closed with a big ribbon, under which your loved one will find an envelope and complementary card with a handwritten gift message that you can provide at the check out.

No, there is no limit as to how many items can be included in a box as we have different sizes of packaging :)

No, we never include receipts or billing information in our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift.

Yes, our Lovingly products are packed in boxes made from a minimum of 90% recycled material, and they are fully recyclable, The material inside the boxes is also recyclable, and our mailers are fully biodegradable. You can also help us continue the cycle of sustainability by recycling our reusing our boxes, paper, or even bow! Finally, we put a very big accent on supporting local businesses, where the majority of the products which you can include in your boxes are created by local Irish businesses.

While we are trying to keep shipping costs as low as possible, per box shipping is currently at a cost of 6.5 euros for Ireland, and 18-25 euros for the rest of Europe (depending on the weight of the box). This includes tracking so you know when your loved one receives their box.
